Financing Your Care
You are the most important factor regarding your health. Recommended treatment will be determined by your individual needs, not your dental insurance benefits. After consulting with Dr. Cavallari, you will meet with one of our Treatment Plan Coordinators who will discuss all treatment recommendations with you.
Dental Insurance Considerations
Dental insurance is meant to aid patients in receiving care, not to cover procedures in totality. Most plans base the amount of benefit on a schedule of fees arbitrarily developed by the insurance company. For this reason, you may receive a lower percentage of reimbursement than the benefit level indicated in your dental plan.
We participate with Delta Dental Premier and file claims for all PPO dental insurance plans as a courtesy to our patients. While we are happy to assist with your insurance claims, patients are ultimately responsible for any portion of treatment not covered by their insurance plan.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
